Why:        Imagine a cheeseburger and fries wrapped in bacon and served up sushi style. OMG! So delicious I find myself craving them whenever I drink beer! 6 pieces on a plate garnished with swirls of ketchup and slivers of dill pickles are an ideal appie when you’re belly up to the bar with your buddy and wondering whether or not you should order food. Mind you they are HOT, as in not cold, so when they are first served resist the urge to immediately pop one in your mouth. Instead, oooh and aaah at how cute and yummy they look. Marvel at how the thin slices of pickles are piled like ginger at the corner of the plate while they cool down a smidge. Then prep your chopsticks and dig in. If you love bacon, you’ll love these.
